Flex-Time Lawyers LLC® is a national consulting firm founded by Deborah Epstein Henry in the late 1990s, providing advisory, training and speaking services on workplace restructuring, talent management, work/life balance, and the retention and promotion of lawyers, with a focus on women. The consulting services are provided to law firms, in-house legal departments, professional service firms, corporations, bar associations, law schools, individual lawyers, law students, and professionals in industries outside of law. Flex-Time Lawyers LLC functions in the following principal capacities:
  • Providing advisory and training services on workplace restructuring, talent management, work/life balance, and retaining and promoting lawyers, with a focus on women.
  • Providing speaking services at law firms, in-house legal departments, professional service firms, corporations, bar associations, law schools, national conferences, events, and retreats.
  • Hosting a membership organization with chapters in New York and Philadelphia, offering quarterly events on timely issues with prominent speakers on topics including workplace restructuring, talent management, work/life balance, and the retention and promotion of lawyers, with a focus on women. Membership also provides resources, networking opportunities, and education about legal industry norms.
  • Serving as an ongoing resource, publishing articles and fielding inquiries from the press, lawyers and employers about workplace restructuring, talent management, work/life balance, and the retention and promotion of lawyers.
  • Providing recruiting services.
