Deborah Epstein Henry of has held Flex-Time Lawyers LLC chapter events since 1999. These events will now be called Law & Reorder® events and will be held in New York City on a quarterly basis. The events will generally cover four different topic areas: workplace restructuring, talent management, work/life balance and retaining and promoting lawyers, with a focus on women. The Law & Reorder® name more accurately reflects the content of our future programs.

The audience for these programs are male and female lawyers from the city and suburbs who work in large and small law firms, in-house legal departments, government, not-for-profit, and solo practitioner settings. Law firm management, legal managers, legal administrators, diversity representatives, law students, recruiters, legal assistants, paralegals, full-time, flex-time and reduced hour lawyers, and stay-at-home parents are welcome. Attendees include both legal employer representatives and practicing lawyers, making for a compelling dialogue about how work needs can be met for lawyers, clients and employers. The events often host prominent guests including legal and other industry experts, authors, judges and bar association representatives.
